Purified N.T.

The Purified Translation of the Holy Bible is a project of the Lorine L. Reynolds Foundation.   In 1999 the Foundation published the first portion of this work when it issued a new translation of the Gospel according to John.  Then in the year 2000 it published the Purified Translation of the New Testament.  This work represented not only a new translation with significant attempts to improve the accuracy of translation,  but it also included prolific footnotes, not only to explain the way it was translated, but also to explain and comment on the significance of the text. 

In the printed version these footnotes appear on the bottom of the page containing the text being commented on.  Unfortunately HTML, the language of the internet, does not support the use of footnotes.  Therefore the on-line version of the Purified Translation of the New testament cannot contain footnotes.  They have therefore been converted to endnotes and added to the end of each chapter.

To use the on-line version of the Purified Translation of the New Testament the following directions apply...

From the "Home Page" go to the "Purified N.T." Page.
On the "Purified N.T." Page scroll down to the List of the books of the New Testament.
Click on the Title of the Book that you wish to examine.
To read the accompanying footnotes you need to scroll down to the end of the chapter.
